NERVOUS SYSTEM · 21 DAYS
Three weeks to build the skills that decide how you handle pressure: the awareness to catch stress as it happens, the attentional control to steer your focus back to the task, and the psychological flexibility to stay composed and choose your next move. Free guided training with a daily tracker.
What You'll Have in 21 Days
Awareness: Catch the stress response while it's happening, not an hour later. You can't manage a state you can't see.
Attentional control: Return your focus to the task on demand, under load, instead of being dragged around by it.
Psychological flexibility: Composure that holds when the pressure is real, so the next move is a choice, not a reaction.

Inside the 21 Days
DAILY
Awareness cue: temperature
Identify temperature changes as they happen. Stress shows up as hot or cold in the body.
DAILY
Breath training: cadences only
Work cadences 1a, 1b, 1c, and 2 at the row matching your slow-exhale score.
NIGHTLY
Regulation rating (1-10)
One honest number for how settled your system felt. Not a mood score, not a productivity score. Defined in the tracker.
DAY 8
The slow exhale test
Breathe normally for 2 minutes, then exhale as slowly as you can. Your time in seconds sets your cadence.
